Why Is It So Important To Log A Call To BCX?
The reason why its so important and troubleshoot and log a call to BCX when needed is the TSL Exchange Server. All email accounts have been created on a Mail Server which must have 27/7 internet access. Exchange server without internet implicates all sites (Mozambique, Malawi, Zimbabwe and South Africa) being without access to the emails.
